Jungletrain.net proudly presents: IdealCrash - Jungletrain.net promomix November 2011
Eight years ago IdealCrash was infected with the jungle-virus. As a metal-listener he liked the hard hitting drums, bass and dark vibes from producers such as Technical Itch, Dom&Roland and Konflict. After buying decks in 2003 he began exploring every corner of the dnb-spectrum, as well as other genres focussing on breakbeats. This resulted in a cross-genre mixing style wich drew the attention of several party-promoters in the years that followed. In 2009 IdealCrash opened a show on jungletrain.net called The Salad Bar. Here he serves unique and experimental tunes, with accoustic sounding drums and a dressing of jungle and deep atmospheres. By putting songs into a context that does them justice, IdealCrash makes their effect stronger, or surprisingly unexpected. Blending completely different songs into a new composition; that paradox is the IdealCrash. In this mix IdealCrash shows us what's out there in the laid back, tripped-out corner of the genre. Many up and coming producers who's sounds deserve to be heard are being put together in this smooth blend of suggestive glitches and melodic switches. By using recent free releases coming from a wide range of sources, IdealCrash throws us into the deep, then deeper, eventually building up to a climax that would shake any dancefloor.
